Meet Olivia
The chef & baker behind Livies
Livies was founded by Olivia, a seasoned chef and baker who brings together a rich blend of culinary traditions from Oriental, British, African, Caribbean and European cuisines.
With an impressive background that includes renowned establishments such as Revolve Brasserie, ME London Hotel, Riverside Plaza in Canary Wharf and Elior Catering, Olivia has refined her craft in some of the industry’s most dynamic kitchens.
Her cuisine is known for its depth, character and authenticity, a true reflection of her love for food and her belief in the transformative magic that happens when dishes are prepared with care and intention. Every plate tells a story. Every cake is a masterpiece.
